1. Return and Refund
- We have a 7 days exchange policy. IF you are not satisfied with your purchase you will be able to exchange your order(s) within 7 days, however exchange is subjected to stock availability.
- Sale, clearance or promotion products is not applicable under the 7 days exchange policy
- Please note that cash refund is not applicable but only subjected to partial or full amount refund if requested product(s) is out of stock.
- Cash refund is subjected to management’s approval.
- We reserve the rights to reject any return or refund request.
- We will only accept return of product(s) if it is returned in its original packaging and condition.
- We also do not accept used product(s) for return or refund.
- If you wish to do exchange before delivery, please contact us directly at +6018-213 2216. Do provide us your order number and personal details for verification. An email will be sent to you for exchange confirmation.
- Product is damaged during delivery
You will be responsible to inform us via email (email@example.com) about the damage within 3 days upon receiving the item. In your email, please attach pictures of the damaged goods with the signed and dated consignment note. Please note that process might take up 7-21 working days upon receiving your returned item.
- Received the wrong product(s)
You will be responsible to inform us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) about receiving the wrong product(s) within 3 days of receiving the item. In your email, please attach pictures of the wrong item received with the signed and dated consignment note. Once we receive your email, we will provide you instructions for the next step. Any return shipping fees will be bear by us.
- Incomplete delivery (Missing Order(s) in your deliver)
You will be responsible to inform us via email (email@example.com) regarding your incomplete delivery within 3 days upon receiving the your order. Once we have rectified your order, we will deliver your complete order and we will bear the delivery charges. If your order is out of stock will provide cash refund for you.
Your privacy and security is our priority and we will protect your personal information provided to us with compliance to the laws of Malaysia. InStyle Republic will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with such laws and for the following reasons:
- To register you for membership, to maintain your account and prevent account from fraud.

- InStyle Republic reserves the right to modify and change the Privacy Statement at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on our site.
- InStyle Republic does not sell or trade customers’ personal information collected online with any unrelated third parties.
- InStyle Republic is not liable for any misuse or misconduct of your account as we do not have direct access to your password and login details.
- We reserve the rights to close or blacklist any registered account if the account is used for any illegal activity that is against the law.
- How do I make payment?
You can make your payment with your credit card or through online banking services.
- How would I know if my payment is successful?
You will receive an email notification if your payment is successful.
- Can I amend my order?
Yes. You will be able to amend your orders before making payments. If you wish to amend your orders (s) after payment is made, please contact us.
- Can I cancel my order?
Order(s) cannot be canceled once payment is made.
- Is there a cart time limit?
No. There is no cart time limit.
- Will I be charged duties and taxes (if applicable) on products purchased?
Yes. Subject to each country's tax and duty regulations.
- How long will my delivery take?
Delivery will take up to 3-5 working days.
- How are my orders sent to me?
Your orders are sent to you via our delivery partner. We work closely with them to ensure your deliveries arrive as soon as possible.
- Is a signature required during delivery?
Yes. All deliveries require signatures in order to trace your parcel.
- What happens if an ordered item is missing?
